Unforgettable voice of Broadway: Margot Sergent sings the French and American Songbook

" Unforgettable voices of Broadway" is the irresistible, charming brainchild of double-threat Margot Sergent on vocals and Pat Brennan on guitar. Inspired by the timeless beauty, elegance and charisma of Audrey Hepburn’s version of Moon River, Margot Sergent has imagined a magnificent musical reverie through the golden age of the French-American exchange in the spirit of “An American in Paris.”

Born in Paris, Margot Sergent showed an early passion for the Great American Songbook era and timeless 30s and 40s jazz soundtracks. She attended the prestigious Berklee College of Music to nourish these passions, trained by renowned masters Ed Tomassi and Maggie Scott (former mentors of Diana Krall and Esperanza Spalding). Now she’s making waves in New York City.

This bliss of romance show is an ode to poets in jazz, the wonderful Prevert, Gershwin, Bechet, and Cole Porter’s ultimate love songs, with tribute to the unforgettable voices of Broadway as Doris Day and Judy Garland.

Let Margot’s voice and charisma mesmerize you as she evokes the quintessential swing of the 30s and 40s immortal jazz standards such as "Fly Me to the Moon", "What a Difference a Day Made", "Somewhere over the Rainbow", "Someone to watch over me" and many more.
